Password Manager
Organisation's Vault
A shared collection where your organisation's passwords are stored securely for authorised staff to use.

Leaked Credentials
This means a username or password has already been exposed online. If it's still being used, someone else could log in without permission. Passwords must be changed immediately and not be used anywhere else.

Reused Passwords
Using the same password for different accounts means if one account is hacked, others can be easily accessed too. Password Manager can be used to create a unique password for each account.

Weak Passwords
Short or simple passwords are easier for attackers to guess because this makes it easier for them to break into accounts. Longer, stronger passwords that include a mix of words, numbers, and symbols must be used.
